Our general purpose is to inform and educate member groups and organizations, as well as certain federal, city and state entities of: the need for, the effect of, and the status of actions and policies that promote and advance the welfare and interests of all veterans, active military, national guard and reserve personnel of the armed forces of the USA, their dependents and survivors.

UVLC has been bringing veterans, advocates, and community leaders together every 1st Wednesday of the month, for over 50 years. Our mission is to speak with one voice to facilitate progress in community and organizational action to make Minnesota more veteran and veteran business friendly. Meetings are held at 9:30am in the Building 9 auditorium of the Minneapolis Veterans Hospital Campus, but due to COVID-19 restrictions, meetings are temporarily conducted on Zoom.
